Securely place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
